mindtreex.com is operated by Mind Trex from Largo, FL 33773, United States. We make and sell Mind Trex™.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, so that we can ship your order and contact you about it. Payment is processed by our payment provider on an encrypted page; full card numbers never reach our servers and we never store them.

If you email us, we keep your address and your message for as long as the conversation needs. Our servers also keep ordinary request logs: IP address and rough region, browser and device, pages viewed, referring site and a timestamp. We read those in bulk, never to identify an individual visitor.

Cookies

We use cookies for three things: keeping the site working, counting visits in aggregate, and remembering what is in your cart. Block them and the site still works, though checkout may not remember your selections.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not build advertising profiles of our customers. We do not collect government identification numbers, and there is no field on this site that would accept one.

Who else is involved

Our hosting provider serves the pages and keeps standard logs. Our payment processor handles the transaction. Our fulfilment partner receives your delivery address in order to ship your parcel. Our email provider delivers order and support messages. Each operates under its own policy, and each receives only what it needs.

Your rights

Depending where you live, you may ask what we hold, request correction or deletion, object to processing, or ask for a portable copy. Write to support@mindtreex.com and we reply within the period your law allows.

Children

This site and this product are for adults. Nothing here targets children, and we do not knowingly collect any child's information.

Security

The whole site runs over HTTPS with protection proportionate to what we hold. No website can promise perfect security and we will not claim it.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the foot of the page shows when it was last revised.
