Refunds are usually processed within a few working days of us receiving your return. How quickly the credit then appears is set by your card issuer, commonly another five to ten working days.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the order arrived damaged, incomplete or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service, since we can only refund against a return we have received.
If your parcel arrives broken, incomplete or containing the wrong item, email us the same day with photographs and your order number. Those are handled separately and do not consume your guarantee period.
This guarantee applies to orders placed on mindtreex.com. Containers bought from marketplaces or third-party resellers are not in our system and cannot be refunded by us.
